Drake’s Biggest Mistake
I have paid attention to what Drake has been doing for a while now and I have always said his biggest mistake of his career was signing with Young Money.
I have always felt Drake has had enought talent to stand alone. He needed the major label behind him to push his music further than he and his ATF family could, but that is it.
He has talent, lyrics, and marketability. His stage presence needs a little work but the content in his songs make up for it.
His latest beef with Kia Shine is a result of Drake not knowing what is going on behind the scenes.
Drake wasn’t told the whole story behind ‘Best I Ever Had’.
The whole thing could have been avoided if Drake knew Kia Shine sent Wayne a sample of the song. Yes Kia Shine has been given credit for the songwriting, but if things like this continue to happen, Drake will lose all credibility and will soon be seen as just another Young Money puppet.
